Celebration
A joyful event or gathering to honor a special occasion or achievement.
Why this matters
Celebration matters when "A joyful event or gathering to honor a special occasion or achievement" has to become more than a sentence someone agrees with. It gives a person a practical orientation when a choice could otherwise drift. It becomes concrete when someone chooses to honor and lets that action carry the value. That is where the value earns trust: in the gap between what someone says matters and what they actually do.
Examples in action
- The team organized a celebration to recognize their colleague's ten years with the company, sharing stories and presenting a meaningful gift.
