Initiative

Taking action to make things better or to start new projects without waiting for others to do it first.

Why this matters

Initiative becomes useful when "Taking action to make things better or to start new projects without waiting for others to do it first" starts guiding real choices instead of staying in private intention. It helps turn a stated principle into a pattern that can be noticed and repeated. This is why the verb map matters: introduce, establish, and create make initiative easier to spot in real life. In that sense, initiative is less about claiming the word and more about making one observable choice.
